Luke 12:29 - 32 (New American Standard Bible)
“And do not seek what you will eat and what you
will drink, and do not keep worrying.
For all these things the nations of the world
eagerly seek; but your Father knows that you need these things. But seek His kingdom, and these things will
be added to you. Do not be afraid, little flock, for your Father has chosen
gladly to give you the kingdom.”
Are you worried? Are you in need? Don’t know how you will make ends meet?
Pay your bills? You may feel like there is no way to have enough. You may feel
that you are constantly struggling just to survive.
Perhaps you have done all that you can to supply your daily need. Yet,
there isn’t enough. Your circumstances overwhelm you. Heartache and
discouragement are your constant companion.
Everyone experiences times of difficulty and testing from time to time.
Many seem to be under attack constantly. We should be prepared to face these
things without fear.
Worry and stress is the fruit of

The secret is, “Seeking His Kingdom”. Search for the hidden mysteries and purposes
hidden within it. Walk in repentant humility, surrender yourself to his
“purpose and will” for your life. Seek to be a profitable and obedient servant,
and you shall find his abundant supply.
The Redeemed of the Lord must
realize that we belong to His Kingdom. We are not left to our own inadequacies.
Our wonderful Heavenly Father watches over us and supplies our every need. His
scriptures declare his faithfulness to provide for us. (Philippians 4:19)
(Psalms 31:19) (Isaiah 25:4)
We must first accept God’s promises as our own. Then, believe them. They
are our “birthright”. Our heavenly Father never denies his word. The God of
Israel will not fail his “Kingdom” citizens. We have exclusive keys to the
storehouse of God. Is it not written? “He owns the cattle on a thousand hills”.
(Psalms 50:10-15) (2 Timothy 4:18)
God has made special covenant and promise with his
Let us walk in faith and
confidence, claiming His abundance. Let us live today as though our need is
already provided. We will find that it will soon come to fulfillment.
God takes great pleasure in giving
us his Kingdom.
